To make the large box you need
the envelope punch board and 1 sheet of 12 x 12 paper.
Punch and score each side at 3" 6" and 9". To punch the 2 sizes larger than the board move the punched out portion and centre on the 3" mark.
When you have punched all four sides, fold all score lines except the 4 across the corners.
Round the corners with the board.
Cut from the corners to the nearest score line on each corner.
Fold corners outwards.
Add tape to the side of the paper that is going to be the outside of the box, along the edge of the tab next to the cut, then along second edge of that triangle.
Ooops now I have a problem as I have changed the paper around as when I did the folds I decided the other side would be better on the outside..... sorry.
Now for the tricky bit, once you have done one corner it will all make sense!
Take the cut edge with the tape on and fold under and across (inside the bowl) so that the tape lies along side the score line you cut down to...... then stick the other piece of tape along the other side of the cut, this is folding the flaps to the inside of the bowl.
Now for the other side of that corner, I find it easier to get the shape by having my left index finger lying onto of the corner piece that bends.
Then continue around with the other corners. Please try and then send questions when you are stuck........ If you get the cutting right the fold and sticking should be evident. its just curling the paper on the corners without creasing them.
Good Luck
Thanks so much for the tutorial Karen...on my to do list...
