The swirly scribbles dies have carried forward so I bought them a couple of weeks ago. This is the first outing in the new 'Tranquil Tide' colour. Another quick and simple card. The background splurge... very technical term that one is stamped with Touches of Texture. The sentiment is from the new stamp set Happy Birthday Gorgeous.
