Tranquil Tulip Bouquet

When I saw this I just had to have a go. Not sure mine is as good as the original. I love this ladies work, she is quite ingenious I just wish my French was good enough to understand it all.

This is my attempt, it did take me all day but I just wanted it right, the hardest part was the paper wrapping the bouquet!

I missed so many birthdays last month I feel this would be a lovely card to send to some of my friends to say sorry!

Some of the tulips are stamped in the usual 2 step stamping way, and a couple at the front are 2 step stamped then the front layer has been stamped again separately and added with dimensionals. Just to give a bit more substance to the flower. Then everything is fussy cut! Such a calming thing to spend your time doing.

The bow is a bit of seam binding out of my stash.

At the end of the 5 months you would have everything for all of the in colours.

This would work out at £30 per month. (for each of the 5 months)

The bonus doing it this way means that in one of the months you will be hostess so you will be able to purchase this beautiful stamp set....if you want to. When it is your month or on other months you would of course be able to order other items if you choose to.
