For those of you who have all ready looked at the page today that was a bit of a whoops!
My beginners class has now reached week three. Everyone is doing really well using the trimmer to cut and score, stamping randomly as well as in a specific place is coming naturally now. This week we are starting on heat embossing.
We will be making 2 birthday cards as its the 'Birthday club'....
We will be using clear embossing powder as well as white. Accompanying the heat embossing we will also be doing a bit of daubing with a sponge, plus stamping and using the trimmer!
These are the 2 cards we will be making. If you fancy a go at either of these get in contact I have space for 2 more.
The tree is from lovely as a tree. It is stamped in versa mark then embossed with clear embossing powder. I love this effect. Not only does it look good it also has that slightly raised up feeling so its quite tactile. The background has been daubed with sponges on whisper white.
The second card uses 'No Bones about It' I love this set its such fun as well as making a great card for all those children who love dinosaurs.
