Tulips

Class yesterday was meant to be the window boxes but I had a few problems which involved breaking one of my big shot plates..... they are very old and very well used.
Quick re-think!
All the ladies loved the tulip cards I made for my catalogue launch so that stamp set was top of the list.
For a bit of a challenge the card is multilayered, and lots of daubing, I didn't add bows because I knew that would just push it over the top. They are quite happy to tell me what they don't like doing!

The design is from another demonstrator, you can find it  here, but I didn't have those papers, or background stamp. Here I have used the powder pink designer paper stack.   All the layers are daubed with crumb cake to give it a vintage look. Then I used the woodgrain background stamp in the pink... again. I really love how it has turned out. Even the daubing was enjoyed by all. How quiet it is when everyone is concentrating.

I really love this hostess stamp. If you would like a set you will need to host a party. You can do this is my studio if you don't have space or don't want to have one at home. Thursday nights are my party nights. Get in contact to book yours.
