Male card 3 using Adventure Bound paper stack.
This is a card that is cased from Sarah Jane Rae. Her blog is www.cardsandacuppa.blogspot I check it out most days as she posts daily and has some stunning ideas. This is not a total case but she inspired me.
I have teamed the Adventure Bound paper with the Guy Greetings Stamp set and of course the new Bow Builder Punch. Its brilliant you can make brilliant bow tie style bows or what I call Little Bo Peep style bows which I will show you next week. There is a little slip with the island indigo pen when I was adding colour to the edge of the collar Oooops!

Male card No 2
Here is another male card using the adventure bound paperstack as the background, the water looks so realistic. The Wetlands stamp set of the birds is one of my favourites and I have used the deco labels to cut the stamped image and Island Indigo card. I have finished it off with a piece of white jute ribbon which is in the spring summer catalogue.
I had overlooked this, but it is interesting stuff. You can colour it with the marker pens, ink pads or re inkers, it can be frayed beautifully. I am going to have to have a go at making a flower with it. I will show you when I have perfected that!

From this to this And a male card with Adventure bound.
This was inspired by www.stampwithbrian.com I follow this blog and he posts daily, something I am struggling to achieve.
I love the adventure Bound paper stack. I have also used some of the gold vellum with little hearts on. Its a first time outing for the speech bubble dies too.
I can't believe its Wednesday already, where does the time go. I have to show you this. I had a class at home on Wednesday afternoon then my son Matthew was coming with his girlfriend on the Friday. I live in a tiny cottage so my craft room doubles as the 'spare' bedroom. By magic I present:........ drum roll please, my craft room
And as a bedroom

Box card for baby
The teacher I am working with is about to go off on maternity week. And the 'Baby we've Grown' stamp set is on the retirement list but I think it might be a keeper for me.
I have used the 'Lullaby' paper which does retire at the end of the May.
Again the little flower punch in the 'Itty Bitty Accents' punch set has come out. I do use this a lot. Luckily its not retiring!
There is a lovely little pink box to go with this but its not quite ready for its photo taking
We have had a class today, making one of these for other celebrations and events. Here are my other two samples with their boxes.

I would love to run a class making some more of these, what about Thursday May 14th 7.00pm £8 Message me if you would like to join.

Home decor using painted petals DSP.
Hi to all my readers, I'm back from my thespian duties. I was running the lighting board for the show 'Brigadoon'. The first night we managed to set one of the gauzes alight, on the last night one of the stage crew put some cartoon eyes in one of the trees. I nearly blacked out the stage when I saw them, the laughter was great. It was a cracking week, I can't get the tunes out of my head but now its back to crafting time.
Today I want to share with you my latest frame. A number of people have made these and posted them on their blogs, everyone's a little bit different. The Designer paper so lends itself to make this. It has only taken me an afternoon so quite quick and simple. I love the colours too.
If you would like to make one of these get in touch. I am going to offer them along side the cards in a bag workshop on Saturday 9th May 2 - 4.30. Closing date for bookings is this Friday.

Butterflies for Crafternoon Tea
Another card for the Crafternoon Tea on Sunday at Westgate Wine and Cheese in Halifax. Just pop in 2.00 - 4.00pm no need to book.
I have always enjoyed colouring in, its a pity the butterfly printed vellum is no longer available. So this may be your only chance to make a card using it.
This is another card from my pintrest surfing, I found it on clairedaly.typepad.com. I love the colour combination she has used. What do you think?
Because I have photographed it in direct sunlight the colour does look a little washed out. Its actually pear pizzaz with soft sky.
