Timeless Elegance Designer Paper

This is the card I made for my sister in laws birthday. We bought her a lovely gift from the Art in the Pen at Skipton last week. I just needed a card to go with it.

This 'Timeless Elegance pack of paper is beautiful. This card has used the last of the two sheets that come with these beautiful flowers on. I need to investigate the rest of the pack now.

For this card I sponged the flowers but that wasn't enough so I sponged the flower on separate left over piece then cut the petals out. Using tombo I attached the petals onto the previously coloured flower. I covered up the joins with pearls

The little flowers use the Bitty Accents Punch and a 1/4" circle in the middle with a pearl in the centre of the second layer. The butterfly die is from the Butterfly Thinlets pack.
The sentiment is from one of the hostess sets. it is certainly a stunning sentiment. I have stamped this on the designer paper next to a rose bud. Thinking about which flower to stamp it next to for maximum impact needs to be done quite early in the process.
The sahara sand lace on the raspberry ripple card is my finishing touch. Pretty I think.
