Butterflies

Late post today as I have been busy crafting, then the batteries in my camera went, then it was a very grey day then the sun came out and before I could get the new batteries in the camera the sun had gone again. Ah well the trials and tribulations for a good pic!

Today I have made another butterfly frame as I wanted to try a larger frame to see which I preferred, now I have done it perhaps you can tell me what you think as I'm just not sure.

I must admit its growing on me.  I am happier with the background being the brick wall rather than the world, I did try the butterfly embossing folder but it was too busy.

The heart is punched from vellum. A tip, fold your vellum in half and cut through two layers, you get a better cut. The 'love' is from the 'Going Places' stamp set then fussy cut.

The largest butterfly is die cut from the 'Going Places' paper stack.

A curly piece of linen thread and some Mossy Meadow cotton ribbon.
