Merry Christmouse

This stamp set was top of my list from the new seasonal catalogue. I just love a bit of colouring. Now the first card didn't set off as a card, it was a practise run for something different that I am going to blog about tomorrow.
When I had finished the colouring and sat back I was really pleased with the result so it just had to be used. The designer paper is from the This Christmas speciality designer series paper. I started with that then matched everything else up. The base card is Cherry Cobbler the matt layer is Night of Navy. The snowflake ribbon brad, ribbon and silver snowflakes are from my stash. The ribbon brads have actually been in my stash for over 5 years and this is the first one I have used!!!


 The images are very easy to colour I have even managed a bit of blending on the faces of the mice. I think there is lots more to come with this set. :)

    Hi. Its just a standard DL card. 81/2" x 81/4" scored at 41/4" The 81/2" is the full width of a sheet of A4 card. k x

    This card is so cute, lovely and stylish. I was looking on Pinterest for ideas using the Merry Mice stamp set and this is so useful. Especially with the card sizes. x
